The popular Paladins: Champions of the Realm is soon going to be available for the iOS and Android systems. The developer, Hi-Rez Studios, announced recently that they will be bringing the classic hero shooter game to mobile as a spinoff called Paladins Strike.
The original desktop version is a first-person shooter game. However, the new mobile version will not be the same. Since the first person shooter games never found popularity on mobile touchscreens, the developers made a wise decision when they decided to create Paladins Strike as an overhead view game. Paladins Strike Game Features:
Currently in development, this tactical team based combat game will provide the option of choosing from at least 15 different champions. After the release, the game will continue to add more champions for its players through regular updates. Probably, they will continue to update Paladins Strike with new content, characters, skin, etc. So don’t sweat it if your favorite champion is not available for selection at the moment.
Similar to Paladins, the characters in Paladins Strike will have a unique MOBA like set of skills to be used in team of 5 champions. The game will be a lot more fluid as touchscreens support a good experience in overhead view game as opposed to the perspective of the first person.
Hi-Rez Studios Video Games:
This is not going to be the first attempt by Hi-Rez Studios to step foot in the universe of mobile gaming. The developers have previously launched games that built a solid foundation in the hearts of their fans. Previously, the studios launched an action game called Jetpack fighter in January 2016. It is a robot-smashing action game built with touchscreen controls. With an average rating of 3.9 on Google Play, the game did not make much difference in the market of mobile gaming. Another game called Smite Rivals was announced to be in development in January 2017. But the game didn’t make it to the end. The game has been put on hold and there is no news at all about its production.
However, if players develop a taste for this MOBA style aspect of the new spinoff game, Paladins Strike, it will be good news for the developers at Hi-Rez Studios. If the game works and becomes popular, it will be great for the franchise as well.

Just head over to their website to sign up for the alpha testing. You will be asked to fill a form with your email address, country, time zone and phone type.
