Paris Week 2017 just kicked off and while we were expecting only a few trailers and announcements, a lot of games have new details revealed. During the two-hour PlayStation showcase at Paris Games Week, we got to hear some big announcements and brand new trailers of many upcoming games of 2018.

The showcase also included the release date of some most awaited games and also some small surprises for the gaming enthusiasts. Alongside the news and trailers for big games like God of War and Spider-Man, Sony also introduced many upcoming new games and titles for 2018. If you’re eager to know about the top announcements regarding the games released in Paris Game Week 2017, following is a list of them. Paris Game Week Announcements:

Spider-Man:

Spider-Man’s trailer was released in the PlayStation showcase but the release date has not been announced yet. The trailer gave us an idea of what adventure Peter Parker will be going through in the game. The game is expected to launch in 2018.

The Last of Us: Part 2

The Last of Us: Part 2 was one of the most awaited reveals of the Paris Game Week 2017. It was presented in the game week with a brand new trailer and there were some new characters introduced too.

Ghost of Tsushima:

Ghost of Tsushima is an open world adventure and its trailer was revealed in the Paris Game Week too. The game includes some good actions and is based on the feudal era Japan. There is, however, no release date known yet.

God of War:

God of War is expected to be released in early 2018 but still there is no confirm date announced yet. The brand new trailer of this game showed Kratos fighting the monsters in a cave.

Shadow of the Colussus:

Shadow of the Colossus remake was announced at E3 earlier this year and now a brand new trailer has been revealed in this game week. According to a YouTube description of the trailer, the game will perhaps be released on 6th of February, 2018.

Far Cry 5:

The new trailer of Far Cry 5 featured some co-op drama and action based in the rural Hope County. Far Cry 5 will launch on 27th of February, 2018 and then players will be able to enjoy the missions in the game.

Final Fantasy XV: Episode IGNIS:

The debut trailer of this game reveals a lot about the story of this game. The Episode IGNIS is an add-on chapter and the game is a stand-alone type which is set to be released on 13th of December.

Spelunky 2:

Spelunky 2 was a surprise announcement and it will launch on the Steam and PS4. There is no release date confirmed yet but from the trailer we can tell much about the story of the protagonist.

Guacamelee 2:

Guacamelee 2 will be launched on PS4 soon but there is no release date confirmed yet. The game is a side-scrolling adventure type and has improved actions and features.

Monster Hunter World:

The last game on our list is the Monster Hunter World and is coming to the PS4 on 9th of December. The trailer is an interesting one and the good thing is that you’ll be able to play the game before the year ends.
